Randy Taylor, a former employee of Universal Orlando's CityWalk restaurant NASCAR Sports Grille, was arrested February 13 for exposing himself to an underage customer. According to court records, Taylor, 26, was working at the Grille on November 22 when he inappropriately touched a young girl. The girl is younger than 16, but her specific age was not disclosed. She said she was playing pool and bent to take a shot. She then felt Taylor grab her buttocks before he walked to an employee-only door. In the open doorway, he exposed himself, causing her to go find her parents.

Universal security questioned Taylor, and he claimed that while he bumped into a small child, he did not grope her. He said that he "entered the swinging door and while fixing his shirt, his penis may have been exposed to anyone that was in the area." Universal officials terminated him after this incident.

In December, a warrant was issued for his arrest. Taylor has been charged with lewd or lascivious conduct, lewd or lascivious exhibition and lewd act upon a child. He is currently in jail, being held on $7,300 bond.
